Summer Retreat in the Alps
In summer, enjoy the fresh mountain air, blooming alpine meadows, and an extensive network of hiking trails right on your doorstep. Whether leisurely strolls, challenging mountain tours, or relaxing hours in the nearby Alpentherme spa – the Waldhof offers pure relaxation. Cyclists and mountain bikers will find varied routes in the immediate vicinity.
Winter Dream in the Snow
A true winter paradise awaits you during the colder months: The Schlossalm ski area is right on your doorstep and offers perfect conditions for skiers, snowboarders, and cross-country skiers. Winter hikes, snowshoe hikes, and romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides are also wonderful options. After an active day, you can relax and unwind in the Alpentherme Gastein.
Well-being with Heart
Our two lovingly furnished apartments offer comfort and plenty of space to feel at home. The apartments can accommodate two to six people and feature a fully equipped kitchen-living room, two to three bedrooms, a balcony, and two bathrooms with shower and toilet.
For children, we offer a play area in the house and a playground in front of the house.
Location & Accessibility
The Waldhof is quietly located on the edge of the forest, yet centrally located – the town center, as well as thermal baths, ski resorts, restaurants, and shops, are just a few minutes away. For your mobility, there is an on-site parking lot available.
Farm Holidays
On our organic farm, we keep cows, heifers, and calves. We also have a few rabbits, chickens, and cats. You are welcome to visit our animals in the stable or on the alpine pasture.
The Waldhof is also a member of "Farm Holidays" and has been awarded three flowers.
