The house on the Valeriepromenade was built in 1911 and was a private villa, guesthouse, boarding school and apartment house. In the course of history it had many different names until it was sold in 2020, lovingly restored with attention to the preservation of old details and baptized in Villa Rosa.
What could be saved was restored and the villa was gently kissed awake again. Many old pieces of furniture and pictures have been preserved and reused. In the interior design, particular emphasis was placed on materials such as wood, brass and high quality fabrics.
Today the house has five apartments that are individually furnished and designed. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cozy bedroom, a modern bathroom with toilet / shower and a balcony. The heart of Villa Rosa is the loft on the top floor with an open kitchen, a cozy reading area with lounge chairs and a large sofa corner with harmonious cushions and cozy blankets.
The apartments can be booked individually, and the entire villa can also be rented for large families or friends.
The parlor in the basement - originally the breakfast room - has been lovingly restored and is now the children\\\\'s playroom, where the little ones can run around or the older ones can have some peace and quiet. It can be booked additionally. When booking 3 apartments or more, the room is automatically included in the price.
The large terrace is freely accessible for everyone. There is a lounge set and sun loungers here for warm days. The garden can also be used. It is perfect for meditation & yoga.
