The postman was actually a confectioner. A second educational path, so to speak, because Wolfgang used to be fond of sweet dishes. He can still do that, of course, but there's much more to it than that. He literally cooks his heart out for you. Because first and foremost, it simply has to taste good. That was the case back then and is no different today.
Wolfgang cooks with the best products from the region and yet remains completely down to earth. His son Matthias has taken over the management of the restaurant with passion. Once a Postler, always a Postler. That's how it is and that's how it will stay.
