Enjoy the wonderful view of the imposing mountains of the Hohe Tauern and the recreative rest. The Maurachgut is situated at 1000m above Bad Hofgastein, in the middle of the Salzburg mountains. In harmony with nature, our farm is managed organically. 

In the summer starting point of many beautiful walks and in winter almost directly at the ski run.You can ski from the slope right back to our organic farm.  The town center, the Alpentherme Gastein and the valley station Schlossalmbahn can be reached in just a few minutes by car (about 1.8 km).

For a memorable farm holiday we offer fully equipped apartments with one or two bedrooms, bath and kitchen. As an organic farm, we offer home-grown products, such as milk, butter, eggs, jams, farmer\\\'s bread, and much more. There are also many animals on our farm.
