The newly renovated or converted apartment NH96 is centrally located directly on the pedestrian zone and next to the Griespark with its public children\\'s playground.

The ski and city bus stops directly behind the house. All ways to the center, to the thermal baths, to the Schlossalmbahn can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. There are sufficient parking spaces at the house, as well as an e-charging station for your car from the end of March 2023.

All units between 40m² - 63m² are equipped with the highest level of comfort and are easily accessible by lift. Full kitchen facilities, underfloor heating and fiber optic internet are standard (children & baby cots on request).

Our guests can also enjoy unrestricted, free access to the Alpentherme Gastein (also on the day of arrival and departure).
